Our Story

I grew up in the kitchen helping my mom cook and have over the years worked at several different hotels and restaurants,” says owner/chef Omar Mozqueda. “I always dreamed of opening my own restaurant and like many businesses Sazon Latino Catering was born during the pandemic. After a couple years my good friend Roberto Mendoza and I decided to team up and open Sazon Latino Restaurant. With his knowledge in meats and my passion for cooking we created a menu based on what we know best, Mexican food and more.”  Omar Mozqueda & Roberto Mendoza
